When Doxlair skips or stops a Daily Interview text
The safeguards that prevent duplicate, unnecessary, or unauthorized Daily Interview text prompts.
Automatic skip rules
- 1The project is not scheduled to work that day, including disabled weekends.
- 2The date is listed as a project or organization holiday.
- 3The Daily Log for that project and date is already finalized.
- 4No Project Manager is assigned.
- 5The assigned Project Manager does not have a verified, opted-in SMS number.
- 6The scheduled send window was missed.
- 7A prompt has already been processed for that project and date.
What happens when a project is archived
Archived projects do not receive new automatic Daily Interview prompts. When a project is archived, Doxlair also revokes outstanding Daily Interview secure links for that project.
What happens when the Project Manager changes
When the assigned Project Manager changes, Doxlair revokes outstanding Daily Interview links tied to the old assignment. Future scheduled prompts target only the currently assigned Project Manager.
Where to see the result
Open the project's Daily Interview tab and review Automatic send history. It shows Scheduled, Pending, Sent, Delivered, Failed, or Skipped, along with the reason when a send was skipped or failed.
