Pricing FAQ
What does the trial include?
The free trial gives you 1 project total and 1 change order total with no expiration. No credit card is required. Once either allowance is used, upgrade to continue creating projects or change orders.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get access to higher limits right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your existing features until then.
What are extra CO slots?
Foundation and Pro include a set number of change orders per project. Paid subscribers can purchase additional CO slots at $49 each. Trial users must upgrade after their 1 included change order.
What is the Daily Interview SMS workflow?
Doxlair can automatically text the assigned Project Manager a secure Daily Interview link on project workdays. The PM answers a short field interview from their phone, Doxlair structures the information into the Daily Log workflow, and possible change-order signals remain advisory for human review.
Can Daily Interview texts be scheduled automatically?
Yes. A Global Admin can set organization defaults, Admins can override any project, and the assigned Project Manager can manage their own project schedule. Doxlair uses the project timezone, work calendar, weekends, and holidays, and stops scheduled prompts when a project is archived. SMS requires a verified mobile number and opt-in.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans come with 2 months free — just toggle to Annual on the pricing page and select your plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
