How a Project Manager sets up SMS for Daily Interviews
Add, consent to, and verify a mobile number so Doxlair can send secure Daily Interview text prompts.
Who can do this
Each Project Manager sets up and verifies their own mobile number.
When Doxlair prompts you
If you are assigned as the Project Manager on at least one active project and your SMS number is not ready, Doxlair shows a persistent Daily Interview SMS setup banner. The banner links directly to the SMS phone section in Settings.
Steps
- 1Open Settings and go to SMS phone.
- 2Enter your mobile number.
- 3Read the SMS disclosure and check the consent box.
- 4Save the number.
- 5Request the six-digit verification code.
- 6Enter the code to verify the number.
- 7Once verified and opted in, the Daily Interview SMS setup banner disappears automatically.
Opting out
You can opt out from Doxlair Settings or reply STOP to a Doxlair text. If you opt out, scheduled Daily Interview texts are skipped until you opt back in and the SMS status is active again.
