Why team members cannot purchase more change orders
Billing actions, including purchasing change order slots, are restricted to owners and admins.
Why this is restricted
Billing changes affect what your organization is charged, so only Global Admins and Admins can make purchases or change subscription plans. This prevents accidental charges from team members who shouldn't have financial authority on the account.
What to do instead
If you're a Project Manager or Member and you've hit a limit, let a Global Admin or Admin know. Trial accounts must upgrade; Foundation and Pro accounts can purchase additional CO slots or upgrade from Settings → Billing.
