Understanding Doxlair plans and limits

The four plans

1. 1Trial — free, no expiration, and no credit card required. Includes 1 project total and 1 change order total. Archiving the project does not restore the Trial allowance; upgrade to continue creating projects or change orders.
2. 2Foundation — the full Doxlair workflow for smaller contractors, including T&M, Unit Price, AI, approvals, audit trail, and Financial Intelligence, with 3 active projects and 3 change orders per project.
3. 3Pro — the same full Doxlair workflow with substantially more capacity: 10 active projects and 5 change orders per project.
4. 4Enterprise — highest limits, plus priority support and custom branding options.

Switching plans

You can upgrade at any time from the Billing page and it takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan's features until then.
