How project access works for team members
Project Managers and Members only see the projects they're assigned to — here's how that scoping works.
Who sees what
- 1Global Admin and Admin — see every project in the organization automatically.
- 2Project Manager — only sees projects they've been explicitly assigned to.
- 3Member — only sees projects they've been explicitly assigned to.
Why this matters
If a Project Manager or Member reports they can't find a project, the most common cause is that they haven't been assigned to it yet. A Global Admin or Admin needs to add them from Settings → Team.
